My aim is to offer work that is safe, respectful, confidential and grounded in evidence-informed practice.
Professional memberships
I am a member of the British Pain Society and registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register.
Insurance
I hold professional indemnity insurance through Balens Insurance Ltd.
Confidentiality
Everything you share in our sessions is treated confidentially.
Data protection
I hold your personal information securely and in line with UK data protection requirements.
Supervision
I receive regular professional supervision to support the quality, safety and ethical standards of my work.
Scope of practice
My work focuses on persistent pain and body symptoms where neuroplastic processes may be contributing.
Email and emergencies
Please be aware that email is not an emergency service and may not be the most secure place to share highly sensitive information.
If you contact me by email, please include only what feels necessary at this stage. We can discuss more personal details during a session or introductory call.
If you are in immediate danger, feel unable to keep yourself safe, or need urgent medical support, please contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.
Professional standards
I work within the scope of my training, professional memberships and insurance.
I aim to be clear about what this work can and cannot offer, and to practise with honesty, care and respect.
